A government authority in Indianapolis, Indiana is seeking a vendor to provide managed internet access services, including wide area network site-to-site communications. The service must include a static, contiguous /24 public address space.
The vendor will be responsible for supplying and installing all necessary equipment at or near the location of the library’s existing Cisco routers. This includes providing any required cabling, connections, and power extensions to connect the service to the equipment, regardless of the demarcation point location.
The selected vendor must provide telephone support 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and 365 days per year.
