DESCRIPTION

Brunswick County is soliciting proposals for managed cybersecurity services to augment its existing IT staff. The scope includes a cloud-based, fully outsourced SIEM solution with 90 days of hot log storage and 275 days of cold storage, 24x7x365 SOC monitoring and response, Managed Detection and Response (MDR) using SentinelOne, vulnerability scanning (Qualys preferred), and a patching solution (NinjaOne preferred). The initial contract term is one year, with two successive one-year renewal options.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must provide a cloud-based, fully outsourced SIEM solution
Must provide 24x7x365 US-based SOC monitoring and response
Must provide MDR services with native integration for SentinelOne
Must provide vulnerability scanning and external penetration testing
Must provide a software update/patching solution for internal and external endpoints
Must provide references from at least three existing customers
Must maintain required insurance coverage, including Commercial General Liability, Automobile Liability, Professional Liability, and Workers' Compensation
Must comply with IRS 1075, HIPAA, CJIS, NIST, and PCI frameworks
Must provide a single Project Manager dedicated to the project
