The State of Nevada is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive mail ballot tracking software solution. The software should enable tracking of outgoing and returned mail ballots, as well as monitoring the status of issued ballots. The system must either have or be able to develop the capability for future integration with the state's TotalVote (TV) Voter Registration and Election Management System (VREMS) to maximize voter transparency and user accessibility.

Vendors are expected to deliver robust research capabilities, voter assistance tools, and advanced reporting features for agency use. Access to raw data is required, allowing agencies to track ballots, generate detailed reports on timelines and metrics, and respond to legislative inquiries. The solution should accommodate daily utilization of data exported from voter registration or election management software, with at minimum a voter ID and ballot status provided. Comprehensive training, user manuals, and onboarding opportunities must be supplied for staff of all participating agencies to ensure proper system use and accurate reporting.

In addition, the software should provide ongoing technical support for agency staff, particularly regarding ballot status messaging and election campaign management features.
