DESCRIPTION

The client is seeking a vendor to provide a low bandwidth mesh solution integrated with satellite connectivity, aimed at enabling reliable communication in areas with low cellular coverage, such as harsh or mountainous environments. The required solution must exceed basic voice communication, delivering advanced capabilities including location tracking, messaging, and essential data services to ensure situational awareness and operational effectiveness.

The system should include Application Programming Interface (API) features to facilitate seamless communication between software applications, support wireless technology standards for short-range data exchange, and incorporate Global Positioning System (GPS) for satellite-based navigation.
