Long-Term Disability Program Administration Services (Closed)

A Phoenix-based government authority seeks a vendor to administer its long-term disability program. Services include implementation, customer service, claims administration, reporting, financial management, and audit support.

Must have a minimum of five years of business experience providing like or similar services
Must use qualified and credentialed medical professionals to conduct independent medical examinations/reviews
Must illustrate comparable experience providing services for a client with work of similar scope, complexity, and size
Must comply with Arizona Department of Homeland Security Information Security Program policy requirements
Must be able to verify completion of GovRAMP Progressing Snapshot within 60 days of award if not already designated
Must provide a valid certificate of insurance in alignment with the insurance requirements
Must submit an unedited and signed State of Arizona HIPAA Business Associate Agreement
Must provide a dedicated full-time account representative
Must provide a customer call center and website available no less than 60 days before the implementation date of July 1, 2027
Must have the capability to accept electronic transfer of funds
Must maintain a Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Plan
