(1) Vendor needs to provide Logistical Software as a Service. – Software license to procure, purchase, install and track medical equipment and furnishings, fixtures, and equipment.– Software shall be web based, fully developed commercially available, cloud–based software with a proven track record.– Software shall work offline making sure project management can continue without an internet connection.– The software shall have room specific reporting that uses a barcode system to track what was install on a room–by–room basis.– Software shall support the coordination of equipment relocation, staging, redeployment, and decommissioning during the transition phase.– IT SaaS medical equipment installation and logistical software.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
