Summary:
Ontario seeks a cloud-based SaaS solution for managing and tracking utility locate ticket requests, accessible via web and mobile devices.
(1) Vendor needs to provide locate ticket management solution.– Proven cloud–based locate ticket management software solution (the “Solution”) designed to facilitate the tracking, monitoring, and management of the utility locate request process – Solution is expected to be a Software as a Services (“SaaS”) model, accessible by City staff through all commonly–used devices and commonly–available internet browser interfaces, and capable of supporting the volume of locate requests received.– Solution shall be fully web–based and fully hosted by the Supplier, including all data storage and traffic needs, and all related security, support, and maintenance– Solution shall be accessible through all common end–user devices (including but not limited to; computers, tablets, and smartphones), while utilizing all Commonly Available Browser Interfaces (including but not limited to; Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Apple Safari, and Firefox), without requiring the installation of any additional clients, plug–ins, or add–ons.– Solution shall be mobile–friendly, with either a native mobile app or full web experience which allows the Solution to be viewed with a full and consistent experience across all common mobile devices (including iOS and Android) without limitation, including all accessibility features and settings.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 4, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
