DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Linden, New Jersey seeks litigation defense counsel services on an as-needed basis for a one-year contract period.
Assigned counsel will be expected to provide representation in all aspects of litigation, including preparation of pleadings, motions, and discovery documents; participation in discovery and depositions; attendance at settlement conferences; and representation in pretrial motions and trials. - Must be admitted to the New Jersey Bar for a minimum of five years
- Must maintain a multidisciplinary practice with emphasis on litigation/defense work for a minimum of five years

- Must demonstrate extensive trial experience in Federal and State Courts and administrative agencies
- Must provide a copy of Business Registration Certificate

- Must submit all required forms including Non-Collusion Affidavit, Ownership Disclosure Statement, and Stockholder Disclosure Certification
