Potential solutions may include those based on workflow or case management tools, low-code platforms, pre-configured licensing add-ons for CRM systems, or packages tailored for regulatory or licensing organizations. The solution should enable easy configuration of processes, workflows, business rules, forms, and templates for documents, email, and messages. Additionally, it must allow for flexible data capture for various application types, automated tracking and alerting at all application stages, and streamlined communications with applicants, including generating required documentation.

The initial contract for this licensing solution will run for four years.
