DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will provide legal publication services for a government authority in Florence, Arizona. Services include printing and/or publishing all required public legal notices and advertisements in a newspaper. This encompasses items such as election proclamations, statutory legal notices, resolutions, summons, notices of sale, delinquent tax lists, special notices, calls for bids, bids for construction and equipment, and any other matters the agency is required to publish.
All materials for publication will be provided electronically in Word or PDF format. The vendor is responsible for ensuring proper formatting of these digital files and will be responsible for any associated costs. All published notices must use type sizes between five and six points, set solid. An affidavit of publication must be provided to the agency, without extra charge, within ten days of each publication. Vendors must also republish, at no charge to the agency, any incomplete or incorrect notices caused by agency errors in the next publication.
Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by June 19, 2026. The contract will be awarded for a one-year period.
