DESCRIPTION
The district seeks a vendor to provide a learning management system (LMS) designed to organize training materials and plans related to its integrated financial system, which is based on Oracle Cloud and includes enterprise performance management and enterprise resource planning. The selected LMS will serve as a centralized platform for building internal training programs, importing existing training content, and housing mandatory courses for users. These programs are intended to help staff acquire essential skills to carry out their daily responsibilities and gain access to relevant systems.
Implementation services are required, encompassing project management to oversee the planning, design, configuration, validation, and smooth transition of the LMS SaaS software within an agreed timeline. The solution must include a configurable SaaS platform that aligns with the district’s objectives while offering a managed service support package to provide ongoing technical expertise following the system’s launch and the transfer of management duties to district personnel.
The contractor will collaborate with the district to configure the system for importing, updating, and publishing new or existing training courses. The initial contract period is set for one year.
