Vendor needs to provide learning management system.– Set up online training courses for users. – Support for Scorm format. – Upload video and audio content in multiple file formats. – Add quizzes to training courses and track response. – Provide certificates to staff for course completion. – Track and report on course completions. – Support for single sign–on using Microsoft AD Authentication (TII uses Office 365). – Ability to import user data from Azure AD including Azure AD Groups and their membership. – Ability to report by department or line manager. – Issuing of course invitations via batch emails to groups of users. – Ability to force learning based on user behaviour.
