DESCRIPTION
A public entity in Florida seeks a vendor to provide a learning management experience (LMS/LXP) software solution. The ideal provider will demonstrate extensive expertise in implementing modern, scalable learning platforms for diverse organizations, including public sector clients.
The scope includes deployment of features such as SCORM/xAPI content hosting, third-party content integrations, compliance tracking, and AI-driven learning recommendations. Vendors should show capability to manage complex learning operations involving certifications, licenses, and continuing education for organizations of similar size, preferably municipalities or other public entities. Experience with blended learning solutions—including eLearning, Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT), and on-the-job activities—as well as automated learning plan management, is required.
Respondents should provide documentation of previous commercial and/or governmental contract experience, particularly in learning management for the public sector. Information on customer support levels, onboarding, training, and ongoing service commitments must also be included.
