SUMMARY

A strategic partner is required in Ireland to help develop and implement workforce learning and development strategies beyond traditional training approaches.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must have annual turnover of at least €5,000,000 per annum in each of the three most recent financial years
Must demonstrate delivery of a learning solution for at least 20 out of the 28 specified skills within the last 36 months
Must demonstrate capacity by having delivered a minimum of 110 instructor led training sessions over any continuous 12-month period in the past 36 months
Must be able to provide supporting documentation for ESPD declarations within five working days of request
Must maintain minimum levels of insurance including Public Liability Insurance of €6,500,000 and Employers' Liability Insurance of €13,000,000
Must be able to provide a name and contact details for verification purposes for all reference contracts
Must submit PQQ via the electronic tenderbox on www.etenders.gov.ie
