DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Shreveport, Louisiana is seeking a qualified contractor to provide lawn care services. The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying all labor, tools, specialized equipment, and transportation required to perform comprehensive lawn maintenance. Contractors must also supply safety clothing and gear, including steel-toed shoes, ear noise suppressors, gloves, and safety eyeglasses.

Services include mowing lawns approximately every two weeks, or as needed during the growing season, for an estimated 18 cuttings. The actual number and schedule of cuttings may be adjusted by the City of Shreveport. Additional mowing, if necessary and approved by the Plant Manager or designee, may be invoiced separately. Lawn trimming and edging will be performed around sidewalks, parking lots, driveways, fences, street curbs, and all stationary objects using monofilament trimmers, ensuring professional standards. Regular debris raking and removal of trash, bottles, leaves, paper, grass clippings, and small twigs or branches is required daily.

The contract will cover a period of one year.
