The government authority in Xenia, Ohio is seeking a vendor to provide services for law enforcement surveillance trailers. The project includes the purchase of two surveillance trailers, featuring a trailer base, cameras, laptop and router, cloud data storage capabilities, and GPS technology for real-time location tracking. Each trailer should be equipped with pan, tilt, and zoom (PTZ) cameras enabling video analytics for area monitoring in both day and low-light conditions.
The trailers must measure approximately 5–6 feet in width, 12–14 feet in length, and 9–10 feet in height. They should be enclosed, hybrid-powered systems featuring a 20–30-foot telescoping mast with an electric lift and flexible cabling. Other required features include a 120-volt AC power connection, DOT-approved lighting with a 4-way hauling wire connection, and anti-theft locking equipment. The contract will be for a period of two years, with a question submission deadline of June 15, 2026.
