The procurement is expected to result in one or more Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with a five-year ordering period, a minimum ordering value of $5,000, and a combined ceiling of $73,788,828 across all task orders and awardees.

The solicitation will include requirements for an initial task order to be awarded shortly after the IDIQ contract award. Representative work over the contract term may include demolition, installation, maintenance, modification, troubleshooting, testing, and repair of electrical systems and components.
