The Idaho State Police (ISP) requires year-round grounds maintenance services for its District 1 Office located at 615 W. Wilbur Avenue, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. The scope includes routine landscape maintenance during the growing season and snow and ice removal during the winter season to ensure a safe, professional environment. The initial contract term is one (1) year, with three (3) optional one-year renewals, for a total potential term of five (5) years.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have a Professional Pesticide Applicator license provided by the Idaho State Department of Agriculture
  • Must provide a minimum of three references for similar services performed within the last five years
  • Must complete a detailed background questionnaire and submit fingerprints for an ISP background investigation
  • Personnel must wear a uniform shirt identifying them as an employee of the contractor
  • Must maintain Safety Data Sheets for all chemicals used on-site
