(1) Vendor needs to provide landscaping and beautification services to the government authority located in Frankfort KY.– Multiple landscaping zones, mainly in the downtown area but including other areas in the city limits, for routine care and maintenance including, but not limited to, pruning, trimming, de–weeding, mulching, applying necessary herbicide treatments, fertilization, litter removal, and overall beautification.
