(1) Vendor needs to provide landscape management services to the government authority located in Columbia, MD. – Provide landscaping services for landscape maintenance. – Provide all necessary labor, material, equipment, and fully trained supervisory personnel to properly maintain all developed land areas within the contract limits, including lawns, shrubs, groundcover, landscape trees, perennial and annual flowers, storm water management ponds (SWM), bio–retention ponds and nature trails and rain gardens. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
