The State of New Jersey seeks a fully functional Software as a Service (SaaS) solution to replace its current Employer Accounts System. The solution should consolidate employer account management, audits, workflow automation, and document imaging into a comprehensive platform, eliminating the need for ancillary systems such as the Employer Accounts Audits Application and FileNet.
The solution must provide a web-enabled, real-time wage record inquiry portal for federal and state agency partners; integrated document creation, imaging, electronic signature, and storage; and multiple secure data exchange methods, including APIs, web services, secure FTP, and batch processing. It should support improved user experience and two-way communication, 24/7 public availability, scheduled data retention and archiving, SAML 2.0 single sign-on, and role-based functionality.
The State also seeks capabilities for predictive analytics, real-time analysis, routine process automation, fraud detection and prevention, and interoperability with internal and external agencies and partners. The platform must be able to integrate with departmental data warehouses, data marts, and data lakes as required. Questions are due by August 14, 2026, and an optional pre-quote conference is scheduled for August 6, 2026.
