(1) Vendor needs to provide labor market software. • Provide a labor market information software tool for the college. • Provide a robust labor market information software solution and provide any professional services necessary to implement and support the software solution. • Provide both summary–level and detailed labor market data on careers associated with all academic programs of study and workforce development programs offered by the college. • Support embedding and display of labor market information content within the college’s public website, including but not limited to individual academic program webpages. • Provide comprehensive initial and ongoing client support, including but not limited to platform implementation, system configuration, integration assistance, administrator training, documentation, and a sustained support. • Solution must provide robust integration capabilities, including APIs or other standard integration methods, to support interoperability with existing College systems, including to Focus 2, D2L Brightspace, Ellucian Banner, and Salesforce/Tableau data visualization tools. • Support secure authentication and authorization mechanisms. • Maximize the availability and use of the software solution across multiple platforms and systems to ensure broad institutional adoption and value.
