(1) Vendor needs to provide knowledge management solution.– Knowledge management (KM) solution that will support taxonomy management and provide a search and insight engine across their knowledge assets– Provides a browser–based user interface– Supports mobile technologies (e.g. smartphones, tablets) including Android and iOS– Solution functional requirements are divided into three areas. – These are– Asset creation, storage and management – Taxonomy management– End–use applications.(2) An intent to respond will be held on November 14, 2025.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 21, 2025.(4) The contract period will be for five years.
