The U.S. Navy, through NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk's Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office, is conducting a sources sought market survey on behalf of the Joint Staff J4 Directorate. The potential requirement involves professional services supporting contract and task order management; operations, exercises, and crisis integration; strategic logistics development and doctrine; data, visualization, and cyber integration; commercial support to operations integration; contested logistics; front office support; and integrated logistics readiness, sustainment, and materiel readiness management.

This announcement is issued solely for market research and preliminary planning under Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 10.
