The United States Government is conducting market research to gather information and innovative solutions related to software data management infrastructure and agile workforce models within joint service environments. The Joint Product Lead for CBRN Integrated Early Warning (JPdL CBRN IEW), under the Capability Portfolio Executive for CBRN Defense (CPE CBRND), seeks insights from industry partners to address two key challenges in joint software acquisition.
First, the project aims to implement a data management infrastructure capable of effectively ingesting, aggregating, and analyzing diverse operational data, such as user feedback, performance logs, and technical specifications. The goal is to translate this data into actionable priorities for ongoing development. Second, the government is interested in exploring flexible workforce models to acquire and manage agile, multidisciplinary scrum teams—referred to as “Nerd Pods”—with an emphasis on capability and capacity to accelerate delivery of critical capabilities enabling CJADC2 (Combined Joint All-Domain Command and Control) for the Warfighter.
Information collected from this effort will guide future strategies for procuring data management and agile services through commercial contracts or interagency partnerships. Interested parties are encouraged to provide their input by the specified deadline.
