First, as a program that deploys a single software product to over five distinct Service/COCOM environments not owned or controlled by the program office, we require a data management infrastructure to effectively ingest, aggregate, and analyze disparate operational data (e.g., user feedback, performance logs, technical specifications) and transform it into a prioritized stream of actionable work. Second, we seek a flexible workforce model to acquire and manage agile, multi–disciplinary scrum teams (termed “Nerd Pods”) based on capability and capacity. Responses will inform the Government`s future strategy for acquiring these data management and agile services through commercial contracts or partnerships with other government agencies to accelerate the delivery of CJADC2–enabling capabilities to the Warfighter. The response deadline for this market research is no later than 5pm EST Tuesday, February 17th, 2026.
