DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Washington, DC requires an IT needs assessment service. The selected consultant will design and execute a research process to identify the IT requirements of member organizations. This process will culminate in both a survey instrument and a vendor landscape analysis, directly supporting mission-driven organizations as they prepare for the development of an IT pilot program.

The consultant is expected to design a comprehensive, member-facing survey that clarifies IT needs across various domains, including device management, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, AV/telecommunications, staff training, and helpdesk support.
