DESCRIPTION


A government authority in Washington, DC is seeking an IT managed service provider (MSP) to deliver comprehensive managed IT services in support of its mission. The selected provider will be responsible for delivering high-quality, customer-focused technical support to all stakeholders, including employees, volunteers, and contracting staff.

The scope of the engagement includes utilizing an IT Service Management (ITSM) framework or its equivalent to oversee monitoring, incident management, problem management, change management, and general IT operations.
