DESCRIPTION
A government authority in Laredo, Texas seeks a vendor to provide irrigation and landscape services along with material supplies on an as-needed basis. The selected provider will be responsible for the removal and proper legal disposal of all debris generated from work, including parts, soil, insulating material, and adhesives.
