The selected vendor will provide comprehensive investment strategy services, including the development of a public and stakeholder engagement plan. This encompasses digital outreach through website content, news releases, email campaigns, postcards, social media content, and visuals.
The vendor will conduct one-on-one stakeholder meetings and facilitate at least two sets of three in-person public meetings at diverse locations across the study area, with meeting formats to be determined during the project. Additionally, a minimum of one remote public meeting is required, along with two online surveys and one interactive comment map to encourage public input.
