The City of Leduc is seeking an investment services provider to manage its long-term portfolio, provide policy-compliant advice, and deliver monthly investment reporting. Questions are due September 29, 2026.

Must have an established record and reputation for managing investments of a municipality of a similar size
Must have a clear understanding and strict adherence to the Municipal Government Act (MGA) regarding investments for municipalities
Investment Advisor personnel directly managing the portfolio must possess a current and valid Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation
Must accept co-fiduciary responsibility for the City's account
Must provide a minimum of three references from customers who have contracted for similar services in the past 5 years
