Vendor needs to provide inventory and asset management solution.– The system has the abililty to generate a master catalog that outlines all assets and the related meta data. Required meta data for each asset: Location, Asset ID #, Description, Serial #, Inventory Date, Address, Assignee/Employee ID.– Users have the ability to filter their view of the master catalog without deleting assets from the catalog (e.g. department, location).– Users have the ability to customize their view of the master catalog without deleting fields from the catalog. For example, having the ability to just view Asset ID #, Description, and Assignee/Employee ID.– The system has the ability to create custom groups (e.g. departments), tags, or categories.– Users have the ability to filter their view of the master catalog based off the groups, tags, or categories.– The system is designed to be a single cohesive application.– If web based, the system has the ability to be compatible with modern web browsers (e.g. Microsoft Edge, Chrome).– If web based, the system has the ability to be mobile responsive or native phone app is available for Android and iOS.– App has the ability to access asset data directly, as needed, without having to be loaded in advance.– The system has the ability to enter, update, and modify data on an asset and maintains an audit trail of historical data.
