Interior Signage Services (Closed)

Seeking a vendor to fabricate, deliver, and install modular interior signage, including permanent and updateable room identification and communication components, in Florida.

Must be normally engaged in providing the types of commodities, services, or construction specified
Must comply with all applicable state or local business licensing requirements
Must have adequate organization, facilities, equipment, and personnel
Must have a current Broward County Local Business Tax Receipt if maintaining a business address within Broward County
Must implement policies precluding inquiry into an employment applicant's criminal history until the applicant is selected as a finalist
Must register with and use the E-Verify system for all newly hired employees
Must provide a minimum 5-year warranty for all products
Must obtain a County-issued contractor identification badge for unescorted access to facilities
Must complete a Level 1 FDLE background check for contractor ID badge issuance
Must maintain minimum insurance coverages as specified in the solicitation
Must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including ADA standards

The contract period starts upon the date of award and ends three years later, with the possibility of up to two additional one-year renewal terms, not to exceed five years in total.
