The Western Area Power Administration Desert Southwest intends to award a sole source contract for Mitel software assurance and maintenance services. This agreement covers the Mitel Southwest Assurance VoIP Business Maintenance package, which provides access to new software releases, updates, and technical support for legacy Mitel ASUs, Mitel MXe III Controllers, and ASU II analog service units across all regional facilities.

The contract will be awarded to Pacific Office Automation Inc., an authorized Mitel partner and approved service provider, for a period of one year. The scope includes ongoing support to ensure the continued performance and security of the installed Mitel equipment. Organizations who believe they can fulfill these requirements may submit a written response by the specified deadline.
