DESCRIPTION
This RFI seeks an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solution to support technical and administrative reviews of reports and permit application submissions. The solution should be capable of assessing submitted applications and documentation for completeness, accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with relevant standards.
Qualified IDP solutions will provide recommendations to form and report submitters, enabling them to address any deficiencies prior to final submission. The provider will also prepare summary reports of AI findings and recommendations, maintain records of reviewed permits and correspondence, and ensure effective communication with applicants, regulatory agencies, and internal teams.
Additionally, the solution must integrate quality assurance measures to ensure all AI-based reviews are conducted in adherence to established protocols and timelines.
