(1) Vendor needs to provide integrator record system including supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system for water system. The City’s control, telemetry & SCADA system consists of a main SCADA system at the Water Treatment Plant (Main site) and various remote sites (water & sewer pump stations, reservoirs/tanks, wells & associated improvements, municipal springs and associated improvements, pressure reducing valve, City buildings, etc.). (2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 13, 2026. (3) A mandatory pre–submission meeting and site visit will be held on January 22, 2026.
