(1) Vendor needs to provide integration of electronic health records and children services data. – For a software solution to integrate electronic health records and Children Services data that will improve care coordination between clinical and medical personnel and Title Agencies by sharing information related to medical, behavioral health and social service needs in as real time as possible. • Clinical information found in the Electronic Health Records from clinical and medical personnel for children in Custody; • Children Services information for children in Custody. The Work focuses on the exchange of information, as permitted by law, between Ohio children’s medical and behavioral health agencies and Title Agencies designed to reduce technical barriers between the two caregivers and to improve health care and social outcomes for children.
