(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated workplace management system.– The agency seeks to implement a modernized, innovative Software as a Service (SaaS) solution designed for Space Allocations– The Contractor shall be responsible for provision and configuration of the Software, as well as project implementation tasks• Contractor shall deliver a standard, customizable, secure, data management system solution that supports– Allocating space for Agencies– Displaying current floor assignments and usage– Refining allocation and space change processes– Supporting the option to have biennial agency commitments for space with other agencies– Maintain historical allocations– Extract data for budget process and reporting needs– Space allocation improvements– Manage historical allocations and manage documents– Ability to extract data for budget process and reporting requirements– Ability to create floor plans and stacking diagrams that can be shared– Ability to export space allocation data– Ability to include operational storage and reporting needs(2) The contract period will be for five years.(3) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on December 4, 2025
