The state of Washington is seeking a vendor to provide a modern, SaaS-based Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) tailored for space allocation and reporting needs. The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering and configuring a secure, customizable data management solution that streamlines space allocation among agencies, displays and manages current floor assignments and usage, and refines allocation and change processes.
The system must support biennial agency space commitments, maintain comprehensive records of historical allocations, and offer robust data extraction capabilities to facilitate budgeting and reporting. Additional requirements include support for creating and sharing floor plans and stacking diagrams, exporting space allocation data, managing operational storage and reporting, and document management features. The contract will be for a term of five years.
