Vendor needs to provide integrated work management solution. Acquire and implement a comprehensive, enterprise–class Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) to replace the current IWMS System, AiM (AssetWorks). The IWMS must be fully web–based, mobile–accessible, highly configurable, and capable of seamless integration with existing enterprise systems. The solution must support modern SSO standards (SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect) and enforce MFA for admin or privileged users. All the questions must be submitted no later than February 20, 2026.
