The state of Maine is seeking a qualified vendor to provide an enterprise-class Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS). This new system will replace the current AiM (AssetWorks) solution and is expected to deliver comprehensive functionality for managing workplace operations across the enterprise.
The desired IWMS must be fully web-based, accessible via mobile devices, and offer high configurability to meet the state's dynamic requirements. It should integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise systems and support modern security standards, including SSO protocols such as SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect. Multi-factor authentication (MFA) must also be enforced for administrator and privileged user accounts.
Vendors are encouraged to carefully review integration and security requirements before submitting questions by the specified deadline. This opportunity is ideal for providers with experience implementing robust, secure, and scalable workplace management solutions for large organizations.
