The required system must support clinical decision-making using content, workflow, alerts, and standard tracking practices, and be accessible in the field via wireless or cellular connections. The platform should support holistic client service, including data extraction to address social determinants of health, and enable users in both clinical and administrative roles to generate measurable outcome data. The system is expected to be highly user friendly and support management and administration activities. The contract period will span three years.
