The objective is to implement a solution that aligns with industry standards while supporting future operational and technological advancements. This platform will enable fully integrated workflows, promoting efficiency, data integrity, and enhanced service quality.

The desired TPSS must support both planning and scheduling functions, providing state-of-the-art features for compliance with labor policies and regulations, intuitive interfaces for staff adoption, and robust tools for efficient workforce management.
