Key success measures include minimized manual data compilation efforts and reduced need for post-hoc data corrections. The system must also streamline workflows through 'enter once, use many' capabilities and offer robust document generation tools, resulting in less redundant data entry and the elimination of parallel tracking systems.

The selected vendor will be responsible for providing a unified, integrated solution and will act as the single point of contact for the duration of the contract. A pre-proposal teleconference is scheduled for April 15, 2026.
