(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated library system and online public access catalog solution. – The successful respondent shall provide an Integrated Library System and Online Public Access Catalog or discovery layer, successfully migrate all data from the current system, train staff on the configuration and daily use of the system, and provide ongoing support and training. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 9, 2025. (3) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on December 2, 2025.
