(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated library system and hosted discovery platform.– Contractor will supply public libraries with either an integrated library system (ILS) and a discovery platform.– Facilitate automated daily operations for both staff and patrons, while the public catalog will be available for use by library visitors.– The discovery platform must have bi–directional communication with an ILS and perform tasks which include, but not limited to pulling and displaying item records, availability, placing holds and providing patron account information.– The suggested ILS solution shall include:• Circulation module e.g. checking in and out materials, account creation and maintenance.• Cataloging module.• Acquisitions module.iv.
