(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated library system. – Provide reliable, flexible, proven, and modern library automation system. – The system must support relevant library standards, information technology, security, and telecommunications standards. • Is hosted in a software–as–a–service environment; • Offers streamlined, flexible, and cohesive solutions that support the unique challenges and functions. – The Vendor must demonstrate a strategic and timely approach to product development and enhancement: • Consistent, timely development and release of system enhancements. • Established mechanisms for obtaining and actively responding to customer input on system changes and new features. • Adherence to the same high quality control standards for all new developments and features as those applied to the base system.
