Integrated Communications and Digital Adoption Service

The Commonwealth of Virginia is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver integrated communications and digital adoption services. These services encompass focused planning, strategic messaging, and coordination of communication efforts across all channels to support organizational objectives.

The selected vendor will be responsible for developing specialized communications that both synchronize the work of highly technical teams and facilitate the rollout of new technologies to non-technical end users. This includes facilitating strategic and technical planning sessions with professionals such as engineers, software developers, data scientists, and mission personnel to effectively capture and distill complex technical information.

Additionally, the vendor will be expected to produce a wide range of multimedia communications products, such as infographics, explainer videos, interactive dashboards, and slide decks, to clearly articulate IT systems, services, and initiatives. The ultimate goal is to design and implement integrated communication solutions—including technical adoption strategies and change communications—that support workforce understanding and successful adoption of new technologies.
