Vendor needs to provide integrated communications and digital adoption service. Integrated communications is an effective management tool that involves focused planning, strategizing, and messaging to coordinate messages across all communications channels to achieve desired organizational goals. Development of specialized communications focused on synchronizing efforts within groups of highly technical individuals, developing communication to assist the rollout of new technologies to non–technical users. Ability to facilitate both strategic and technical planning activities with engineers, software developers, data scientists, and technical and mission personnel to capture and distill technical information. Produce multi–media methods of graphical representation to articulate clear, concise, and customer–relevant communications products. Design and produce visual aids (infographics, explainer videos, interactive dashboards, slide decks, etc.) that explain IT systems, services, and initiatives into engaging, mission–focused narratives. Develop integrated communications solutions, including technical adoption strategies, technical narratives, change communications, and end–user products that help the workforce understand and adopt a new technology or capability.
