DESCRIPTION


A government authority located in Columbia, Missouri is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a full range of insurance broker and risk management services. The selected firm will support the marketing and placement of insurance coverages, advise on coverage issues and self-insurance operations, and help maintain a cost-efficient risk financing structure using effective risk transfer mechanisms. Services also include seeking competitive insurance programs, preparing detailed coverage comparisons, conducting annual stewardship meetings, and providing market analysis and forecasts by insurance line.

The scope includes claims support services such as assisting with claim reporting, administration, and resolution; preparing claims documentation; coordinating with insurers; and advocating on disputed, complex, or high-severity claims.
