The required solution will replace the current system, which lacks reliable, real-time visibility into inventory levels, asset availability, and readiness within perioperative workflows.

The desired system should enable comprehensive surgical instrument tray configuration and provide accurate, real-time or near real-time insights into inventory status and location. This modernization aims to enhance surgical readiness, optimize utilization, and support long-term inventory management through data-driven decision-making.

The selected vendor will be responsible for a full enterprise implementation, encompassing system configuration, data migration, validation, staff training, and ongoing support. The contract duration is set for three years.
