(1) Vendor needs to provide instrument inventory management and tracking service. – A replacement surgical instrument and perioperative equipment inventory management and real–time tracking system in support of perioperative services and central sterile. – A software solution that supports surgical instrument tray configuration; however, the existing solution does not provide reliable, real–time visibility into actual inventory levels, asset availability, or readiness across perioperative workflows. – To evaluate, modernize, and replace its current approach with a comprehensive system that establishes inventory truth, provides real–time or near real–time status and location visibility, and supports data–driven decision–making for surgical readiness, utilization, and long–term inventory optimization. – Provide a solution capable of supporting full enterprise adoption, including system implementation, configuration, data migration, validation, training, and ongoing support. (2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 11, 2026.
