Seeking an experienced vendor to develop, validate, and support sustainable instructional videos for consistent system usage.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must have at least a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Communications, Information Technology, Instructional Design, Digital Media Production, or a related field.
Must have at least 5 years of demonstrated experience producing instructional videos, digital learning content, screen-capture demonstrations, or multimedia training materials.
Must demonstrate proficiency in end-to-end video production, screen recording of systems/platforms, editing, narration/voiceover, captioning, and applying accessibility and gender-inclusive guidelines.
Must have developed or produced at least 3 projects related to instructional videos for software/systems, digital learning content, government platform walkthroughs, eLearning modules, or animated explainers.
Must provide at least 3 relevant work samples or portfolio links.
Must be fluent in spoken and written English and Filipino.
Must be able to provide proof of medical insurance coverage if selected.

DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide instructional video developer services, focusing on the creation of clear and user-friendly instructional videos. These videos are intended to support consistent and correct usage of the client's systems, and must be suitable for widespread and repeated use.

Responsibilities include ensuring all content produced is accurate, accessible, and presented neutrally. The provider will be tasked with pre-production planning, content preparation, video production, quality assurance, validation, and revision of materials. Additionally, the vendor must support the packaging, handover, and sustainability of video assets to facilitate future updates and continued relevance.

The services should result in instructional videos that are easy to update and maintain, making them a sustainable resource for the client’s ongoing needs.
