DESCRIPTION


A partner is sought to provide expert instructional design and user experience services for the transformation of existing programmatic content into a cohesive, high-quality, and scalable digital learning environment. The selected vendor will develop a documented instructional design strategy, redesigning and converting approximately 20–25 modules into engaging, learner-centered digital experiences while utilizing adult learning principles and behavior change methodologies to maximize knowledge retention and application.

The scope includes designing an intuitive, accessible, and engaging learner journey that fosters reflection and real-world application, as well as peer interaction and community engagement. The partner must adhere to accessibility best practices and apply an equity-informed, inclusive design approach throughout all materials delivered.

Additionally, the vendor will provide advisory on learning management system (LMS) requirements, ensuring digital content is ready for LMS integration, and translating instructional and UX requirements into platform functionalities such as interactivity, tracking, and community features.
