(1) Vendor needs to provide inspection software. • Requested compatible inspection software for use by agency housing Inspectors utilizing tablets/laptop computers & compatible with Office 365 • Utilize this software to perform dwelling unit inspections throughout the course of each fiscal year to identify • Ability to download pictures of deficiencies and include in a report • An Excel spreadsheet which details inspected address deficiencies. • Exigent Health & Safety Report findings • Software must identify sites that have reached 100% inspection. • Inspection software provided must be able to migrate work orders from the software to Elite Work Order System. • Generate work order list report based on inspection findings so that deficiencies identified can be promptly addressed (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Nov 18, 2025.
